Breckenridge visitors find Victorian setting
    Breckenridge boasts one of Colorado's largest historical districts. This charming Victorian gold-mining town, located two hours from Fort Collins (136 miles) is host to four interconnected mountains that have seen more than $2.5 million worth of improvements in the last year.
    Vital statistics: Summit elevation is 12,998 feet with a vertical rise of 3,398 feet. There are 600 skiable acres, 23 lifts and 139 trails. They claim an average snowfall of 300 inches per year. Special facilities include multilingual employees, child care, on-mountain dining, free in-town shuttle and free shuttle to Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
